The Kratzers’ bought a lakeview lot on Sailboat Drive; sailboats became the inspiration for this design. This was probably the trickiest lot I have had to work with for a residence, to-date. It is NOT ADA-accessible. I designed it to allow walk-down access to the lake (actually the main body of the lake is downstream and this is on a tributary).

These were very fun people to work with and the views out of the house are pretty incredible. They love the decks and have had more than one BBQ there.
