Charles Douglas Morrison CEO/Owner
Charles “Charley” Morrison, has over 35 years of design and project management experience including educational, retail, municipal, youth facility, landscape, and residential project types. He has provided design and project management services for a wide range of project sizes from small residential remodels to $80 million high-end retail renovations. His ability to manage complex projects and successfully coordinate the work of consultants and contractors has allowed him to work on projects across the country including Arkansas, California, Colorado, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Utah.
Calm and with an even keel, Charley has the ability to bring people together which makes him a natural team leader. He believes an integrated building design process is most successful, utilizing the best ideas of all members of the project team to create a truly unique, innovative, and fully functional design solution. His construction experience ensures that project designs are efficient, practical, and well executed.
Charley brings substantial expertise to sustainable and green design, focusing on creating spaces that are both inspiring and environmentally-friendly. He is passionate about incorporating sustainable design practices into educational projects, so that young people have the opportunity to interact and learn about stewardship of their environment.
Because of Charley’s compassion for the development of young people, he has been involved in Career Days at school, was head coach for the Little League Baseball team for the local youth sports association, and was a downhill ski instructor for special needs children in the Eldora Special Recreation Program in Boulder, Colorado.
