Pictured on the upper right is my grandfather, George Douglas, who is in the Engineering Hall of Fame at the University of Arkansas. He always told me to follow my passion, taught me my work ethic, and was always a source of strength and support.

James Jepson, pictured lower right, is a dear friend, was my collegiate tutor, salutatorian of our graduating class, running mate in Rome, and summertime construction partner.

My mother, Susan Morrison, pictured on the lower left, a nationally acclaimed master wildlife artist and environmentalist, taught me the rudiments of design and art, the beginnings of my love for architecture, wildlife, and the environment.

And, most of all, my two children. Nicole and Nathan
